This hotfix resolves an issue with new recurring payments that use authorization only (optional initial payment not charged). These would put a hold for the full amount on the payer’s card that could only be released by manual intervention through the PSP dashboard. FinDock now voids the signup authorization automatically and records the action by creating an inbound report with status Matched and Status Reason: “Signup authorization of a recurring-only payment voided automatically - no installment to process.”
