HOTFIX - Enhanced security for connect apps

Scheduled Maintenance Report for FinDock

Completed

The rollout of our enhanced security for connected apps has completed successfully. All followup checks indicate app connections are working as expected. We will continue our own elevated monitoring as a precaution, but at this time, no further action is required.

Update

The rollout of security enhancements for connected apps is proceeding and continues through June 24th. Based on our internal testing and observations, the new policies are implemented and working as expected. We continue to monitor all connections closely as we carry out the final update steps on the 24th, which are related to token refreshing as we enable Refresh Token 30-Day Idle Timeout for our connected apps. If you see a ProcessingHub or WebHub connection error in FinDock Setup, please contact FinDock Support.

Scheduled

This hotfix is a phased rollout to production orgs of the new connected app enhancements for Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) and Refresh Token Rotation (RTR) included in our July ’26 release. The phased rollout starts with MIDAS, Installer and ProcessingHub, then ends with WebHub. The rollout must meet a June 25th deadline set by Salesforce for introducing these policy changes (See details: https://developer.salesforce.com/docs/atlas.en-us.packagingGuide.meta/packagingGuide/secure_code_ac_eca.htm ).
IMPORTANT: Our implementation should not impact existing connections. However, we have identified some sandbox orgs with authorization flows that are not behaving as expected, causing the connections to break. We are carefully monitoring the situation and working with Salesforce on identifying and fixing root causes. Please monitor your ProcessingHub and WebHub connections during this week in FinDock Setup. If you see a connection error, please contact FinDock Support.
