An issue introduced with the May ’26 Bulk API v2 rollout caused Data Load processes to remain stuck in Running state when Salesforce returned validation or locked row errors containing apostrophes (for example: Can't save this record). This prevented processes from transitioning to Data Load Error whenever their was a data load error. This hotfix corrects the failure status handling logic in ProcessingHub for Bulk API 2.0 processing.
