A change in PayPal webhook event handling in the May '26 release could lead to a scenario where certain events are not processed in the correct order due to when they arrive, resulting in failed inbound reports for those events. This hotfix enhances the ordering logic for incoming events from PayPal to ensure events are processed in the required order regardless of when they arrived.
