In orgs where there is a Flow on Contact, the first opportunity (and related payment profile and mandate) for a new recurring donation is not created when the payment intent is processed by Guided Matching. The opportunity is created later that night by NPSP batch jobs. For reasons that are not yet understood, code related to feature management exposes the issue, so we have for now removed this code until we can complete the root cause analysis with Salesforce.
